- What's the very next small step you could take-something that would take 2 minutes or less?

- What value of yours does taking this small step connect to?

2. Future-Self Visualization

Why: Visualizing success activates mirror neurons and aligns present behavior with future identity.

- Imagine your future self, 3-6 months from now, who's already completed this. What would they say to you

now?
