Many transitions begin in what I call the in-between — the uncertain space between where you’ve been and what’s next.
The Start Package is a structured introduction to evolution coaching, designed for people who want to experience coaching before committing to a longer engagement.
Across three focused sessions we will:
• Clarify what feels unsettled or uncertain. Explore what may be shifting beneath the surface • Identify one meaningful next step forward

• Three 30-minute private coaching sessions. Reflection prompts between sessions. Clear next-step recommendations at completion
If you continue into the Growth Package within 14 days, your $99 is credited toward that program.

GROWTH PACKAGE (STANDARD TIER)
MOVING THROUGH THE IN-BETWEEN
SIX 60-MINUTE SESSIONS – $1,200
The Growth Package supports individuals who are ready to move beyond initial clarity and work more intentionally through a season of transition.
Together we explore the internal patterns — emotional, cognitive, and behavioral — that influence how you navigate change.
This stage of coaching focuses on building momentum while moving through the liminal space between who you have been and who you are becoming.

ADVANCE PACKAGE (PREMIUM TIER)
EMBODYING YOUR NEXT EVOLUTION
TWELVE WEEKLY 60-MINUTE SESSIONS – $3,000
The Advance Package is a deeper transformation process for those ready to fully step into their next chapter.
This three-month engagement supports the full arc of change — letting go of outdated identities, navigating uncertainty, and building new ways of thinking and acting.
At this level we also work intentionally with how the brain forms new patterns. Through sustained coaching and reflection, insights begin to translate into lasting shifts supported by neuroplastic change.

• Twelve weekly 60-minute sessions. Full assessment suite (Liminal Compass, AgileBrain, Insights Discovery). Priority scheduling and between-session voice/text support. Exclusive tools and resources for sustained growth. New Chapter Launch roadmap and milestone review

INSIGHTS DISCOVERY DEBRIEF
UNDERSTANDING YOUR ENERGY IN TRANSITION
90–120 MINUTES – $700
Discover how your communication and thinking patterns shape how you lead, collaborate, and adapt to change.
Using the Insights Discovery framework, this standalone session explores your color energy profile and how it influences your behavior during transition and growth.
